SBA Virtual Business Recovery Center/Disaster Loan Outreach Center

SBA Disaster Center’s Virtual Business Recovery Center (VBRC) and Disaster Loan Outreach Center (VDLOC) continue to assist Iowans. The hours are Mondays – Sundays, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST). SBA’s Disaster Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) continue to contact and/or follow up with applicants from the FEMA Referral list. SBA’s disaster programs are explained, questions are answered, and assistance is provided with application completion and submission.
